Before the event
DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING & LABELS
The documents that you require for the transport of goods depend on the location from which you send the goods, what the goods are exactly and what your intentions are with the goods, for example, if you want to sell the goods, or simply display the goods and then take them back again. In some countries, goods for sale cannot be combined with show models. Your sales goods must therefore never be packaged together with your show models. This is easy to arrange during shipping, but no longer once the goods have arrived at the event. If required, we can offer an ATA Carnet service that temporarily exempts the goods from VAT and excise up to a maximum of one year. The requirements do not simply change between countries, but can vary each time. Thanks to a close collaboration with international Chambers of Commerce and local partners, we can advise you on the latest requirements and regulations.
For larger events, one of our trade fair specialists will always be at your disposal on behalf of one of our international offices. They will be in attendance during the event, should you have a need for extra service and mediation. In that way, you have less hassle and we ensure that everything runs smoothly.
During the event
PERSONNEL AT THE LOCATION
You always immediately have a direct contact person, regardless of the type of event or the country in which this takes place. We have personnel at the location that ensure that your materials at the location of your stand are delivered exactly where you need them. For larger events, one of our trade fair specialists will always be at your disposal on behalf of one of our international offices. They will be in attendance during the event, should you have a need for extra service and mediation. In that way, you have less hassle and we ensure that everything runs smoothly. We take everything out of your hands, including:
Loading and unloading vehicles and delivering to your stand
Hoisting and placing stands and delivering the right hoisting equipment
Managing the storage of goods before, during and after the event
After the event
TRANSPORT & STORAGE
To ensure that nothing is left in the way, our colleagues ensure that all packaging and transport materials are stored during the event. We coordinate what has to happen with this after the end of the event. We also offer long- and short-term storage in our secured facilities in all large cities. This is ideal if you do not have a tremendous amount of storage at your disposal, or when your materials must be stored between different events.
